The following article contains a description of the files requested when submitting a request for technical support, as well as guidelines to ensure that our Support Staff can process and respond to your Assistance Request as promptly, thoroughly, and appropriately as possible.
When submitting a technical support request for Beyond TV, please be as detailed as possible in your description. For example:
- If you get an error message, what was the message -- verbatim?
- What happens that causes the error message; for example, what action immediately preceded the problem?
- What were you doing when the error message / problem / crash occurred?
Beyond TV Confirmation Code (required)
When submitting technical support requests for Beyond TV please first send us your system information from within Beyond TV and then include the confirmation code in the tech support request form. To submit your system information from within Beyond TV click on Help in the titlebar (or right click on the Beyond TV icon in your system tray), select About Beyond TV and then click on Upload System Information.
If you are having issues installing Beyond TV or you cannot get the product to run, please enter 'none' for the confirmation code.
