Beyond Media (Basic) stops responding to commands from Firefly - action messages may be visible

DESCRIPTION:

Beyond Media (basic) stops responding to commands sent to it, but the computer is receiving them, as evidenced by the appearance of the action messages in the upper right corner of the screen. This occurs because Beyond Media Basic is no longer in focus. For the Firefly remote to be in control of an application, that application needs to be in focus and on top.

ARTICLE:

To resume functionality you can press the Firefly button, which will bring Beyond Media (basic) back into focus.
