DESCRIPTION:

Instructions on how to watch recordings made using Beyond TV that can be played on your PocketPC. This method involves transferring media files to a storage card on a PocketPC and then viewing these files directly from the storage card.

ARTICLE:

1. Recompress recordings to the target format and specifications appropriate for your PocketPC by using the ShowSqueeze features in Beyond TV.

NOTE See the Beyond TV Help File for more information about ShowSqueeze.

2. Connect your PocketPC to the computer running Beyond TV. Select the Explore icon within ActiveSync to launch the PocketPC Explorer.

NOTE: ActiveSync is a free download available from Microsoft.com.

3. Locate the recompressed show on the computer running Beyond TV. Copy the file.

4. Paste the file on the PocketPC's storage card viewable within the PocketPC Explorer.

5. Open the file using Windows Media Player for PocketPC.
