Web Admin Program Guide cannot connect / does not work; Full-screen / Windowed Program Guide works.

This is by design and not a bug. Explanation:

The "Program Guide" function in Windowed or Full-screen mode works from data that has previously been downloaded. This data (which is downloaded on Beyond TV startup or by a manual update, provided an Internet connection at the time) is saved to your hard disk and will be available at any time. This only requires an Internet connection at the time of update, be it at startup or when manually selected by the user.

The "Program Guide" function in the Web Admin mode is simply a smaller, integrated browser window which contacts SnapStream.Net directly, and will require an Internet connection at the time of use.

If an Internet connection is present and the guide remains inaccessible from the Web Admin, ensure that Internet Explorer is set to allow cookies from SnapStream.Net to its "trusted sites" list (TOOLS --> INTERNET OPTIONS --> PRIVACY --> Edit).
