Program Guide shows duplicate listings for a single channel, or channels that user does not / does not wish to receive - SnapStream Knowledgebase
Solution

DESCRIPTION:

The Program Guide displays more than one listing / station for a single channel or a few channels the user does not receive. The former occurs because there are sometimes differences between two services, even in the same ZIP / Postal code and with the same provider. For this reason, multiple channel choices are displayed, enabling the user to choose the correct one. When this occurs, the Beyond TV LOG file will show the message "Warning: your default channel line-up contains a duplicate channel X" where X is the channel for which more than one entry exists. The latter may also occur for the same reason, and the resolution is the same (see below). Note that if the user sees several channels present in the lineup that (s)he does not receive, the lineup may be configured incorrectly.

ARTICLE:

Enter the Web Admin mode and go to CONFIGURE --> CHANNELS. Mark the checkbox labeled "Hide?" corresponding to any incorrect channels appearing in the lineup. Save your changes via "Save and Exit" when finished.

If the lineup is configured incorrectly, several channels that are not received may be present. They can be suppressed from display as described above, but this may be occurring because the user has, for example, selected "extended basic" instead of "basic" when setting up his/her SnapStream.Net account. Be sure to check that you are using the lineup that most closely matches what you receive by logging into http://www.snapstream.net. Go to "My Account" to delete, and re-create, your lineup. When you reach the screen where you are to choose "basic" / "extended basic" / "premium," check the "Preview" links next to each to ensure that you are selecting the service tier that most closely matches the lineup you receive.
