Solution

DESCRIPTION:

The Firefly remote does not work or works sporadically when you have other X10 remote hardware and software installed. Due to compatibility issues, the Firefly remote does not work well with other remote control software and hardware installed, especially other X10 hardware.

ARTICLE:

Uninstall the other software, and then reinstall Firefly.
