Solution
DESCRIPTION:
The user experiences connection problems when the D-Link DL-624 revision C (one antenna) router. Connections may be refused, may cancel soon after being established, or may cancel while streaming video or copying files. The features, firmware version, and manufacture date of the router being used will contribute to this occurring more or less frequently.
This is caused by the router resetting itself after a crash and is not due to Beyond TV. Although this article provides some general tips on how to solve this problem, users will need to
visit D-Link's website
for firmware releases, troubleshooting assistance, or technical support.
ARTICLE:
Users with the DI-624 revision C1 or C2 will likely find better results using firmware versions 2.42 and lower. Users with the DI-624 revision C3 will likely find better results using firmware 2.50 and higher.
