DESCRIPTION:

This article contains instructions on deleting and recreating a "video source" in Beyond TV 3.5 and above, which is necessary when tuner hardware or drivers change.

ARTICLE:

Exit Beyond TV, and start the Setup Wizard (START BUTTON --> ALL PROGRAMS --> SNAPSTREAM MEDIA --> BEYOND TV --> BEYOND TV SETUP WIZARD).

Proceed through the Setup Wizard by hitting the "Next" button until you reach the list of "Video Sources."

Check the "Edit an existing source" item and hit NEXT.

On the next screen, use the appropriate DELETE button to remove the video source that needs to be re-created.

- If you have not deleted ALL of your video sources, Hit BACK until you are once again at the list of Video Sources, check the "Add a New Source" item, and hit NEXT.

- If you have deleted ALL of your video sources, the Wizard will automatically restart source configuration.

Next, complete the on-screen instructions to create the video source.
