DESCRIPTION:

This article contains instructions on how to configure the Firefly mini's "Firefly" button, and whether or not the Firefly Mini will launch on Windows startup.

Right-click the Firefly Mini icon:

and select Options. (NOTE: If the Firefly Mini software has not been installed, download and install it from here first (link).) From the window that appears, the user can configure the Firefly Mini button to launch Beyond TV, Beyond Media, or an executable of the user's definition. To define a custom executable to launch from the Firefly button, either enter the full path to the filename to be launched, or use the "Browse" button to locate it.

Under Startup Options, the user can select whether or not Firefly Mini should launch when Windows starts. Clear the checkbox to suppress launching Firefly Mini on Windows startup. Note that with this option unchecked, the user will have to manually start the Firefly Mini software in order for the Firefly Mini to work.

Hit "Close" after making any selection here.
