In short, universal IR remotes with a "learning" function can be "taught" from any other IR remote, such as the Firefly Mini infrared PC remote. Getting this to work is as simple as training the buttons on the learning remote as per the manufacturer's directions, and assigning the appropriate remote buttons as desired. Other IR PC remotes can also be used in the same fashion.
