This article contains information pertinent to how Firefly Mini controls software products.

ARTICLE:

For most of its buttons, Firefly Mini sends standard Human Interface Device (HID) commands. Microsoft has defined standard codes that input devices should send and that applications should support, so most of the buttons will work with most applications. For example, the media control buttons (play, stop, fast forward, rewind, etc.) will automatically work with most media applications.

SnapStream has also added other commands to optimize support for SnapStream applications; these buttons will likely not work properly in other applications. See below for a chart that explains what each button does:
