Beyond TV or Link 4.7+ does not function in Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3)

In specific cases, Beyond TV or Link does not function in Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) after a clean installation or an upgrade of the operating system. Please perform these steps to correct the issue.
- Click on Start and then on Control Panel.
- Double click on the Add or Remove Programs icon and wait while the installed programs list populates.
- Scroll down until you locate MSXML 6.0 Parser and proceed to click on Remove to the right of it.
- It will prompt you "Are you sure you want to remove MSXML 6.0 Parser from your computer", click on Yes and it will proceed to uninstall.
- Once it is done, it will take you back to the Add or Remove Programs window, you may go ahead and close that. Now open your web browser and go to this link, http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=70C92E77-9E5A-41B1-A9D2-64443913C976&displaylang=en
- Download the most appropriate file for you.
- msxml6-KB933579-enu-amd64.exe (Windows XP 64-bit)
- msxml6-KB933579-enu-x86.exe (Any other XP Operating System)
- Once it completes downloading, double click on the file to run it and then proceed through the installation of MSXML 6.0 Parser.
- After you have completed the installation, reboot your computer and attempt to run Beyond TV or Link.
